Inspired by "The Mysteries of Harris Burdick," by Chris Van Allsburg, “Where Shooting Stars Land” is a collection of ten self-written and illustrated microfiction stories. Inspired by dreams I've had throughout my childhood, each narrative depicts a seemingly normal scene, interrupted by a moment of dreamlike fantasy breaking the rules of reality. With the beauty of limited text, I wish to engage viewers through one image and one sentence to raise the question of ‘what happens next.’
