"It was just a bit of water, but how long will it take until someone realizes that it is actually a big problem?"
Flooded is a metaphor of how problems appear in the society (i.e. climate change) and people adapts to it without realizing what the real problem is or even taking advantage of it. The story finishes by showing that by working together we can solve problems or at least improve the situation.
