Some People is the picturebook about the sentimental feelings of people who are under oppression and lack of sense of belonging. The idea is inspired by the stories of refugees and migrants. It is aimed at building connections between those people and the reader by having a simple question or comparison on each page, hoping to stimulate the reader to learn more about these people's situations and evoke empathy.
It is illustrated with oil paint, colored pencil, oil pastel, and charcoal.
