Deedee and her cat Parfait are at home when a visitor floats in, uninvited. It immediately starts making demands. They take the visitor to a cafe, to the seashore, and into town, but it never seems to be satisfied. Is there anything they can do to finally make it go away?

"The Visitor" is a gentle, humorous picture book for children that celebrates friendship, kindness, and generosity, set in a dreamy, lush world. The final illustrations for this dummy were executed with graphite pencil, colored pencil, watercolor, oil pastel, charcoal, and Adobe Photoshop.
