"Move / Sirdde / Flytta" , created as part of the project I Händelsernas Centrum led by Konstfrämjandet Norrbotten, Sweden. The book draws inspiration from Kiruna, a city in motion—both literally and metaphorically. Due to its vast iron ore reserves, the land beneath is shifting, forcing residents to relocate.
The book follows a young hare whose mother is involved in the city's relocation efforts. Despite the growing mine hole, the little hare is reluctant to move. The narrative reflects thoughts and feelings shared by participating children, with discussions conducted in Sami, Swedish, and English, which are mirrored in the book's translations.
