EDITORIAL SYNOPSIS
The protagonist of this story cannot accept the fact that her city is painted gray by the smoke from the cars that drive there. Until an idea comes to him.
The young woman, with creativity and expertise, creates a solar bicycle, which allows her to travel within the city without polluting it. Her invention does not go unnoticed and quickly becomes the city's inhabitants' preferred means of transport.
Now, the city is more colorful, without noise and without the dark fog that previously characterized it. But there is still a lot to be done and the first solar building is the new challenge.
«O Guarda-sol» is a visual narrative, with an original idea by Cristina Calvino and illustration by Bárbara R, that promotes the critical and creative spirit of young people, while addressing three of the Millennium Sustainable Development Goals: the creation of sustainable cities , investing in renewable energy and combating climate change.
