The Junk

Ana Janelidze | Georgia

Grandpa Sergo loves watching favorite cartoons but one day his TV breaks. As a hands-on man, Sergo tries to fix it, but with no success. Having no money to take the TV to a repair shop, he decides to yield something old to the junk collectors in exchange for little money. But some old things are like our pals: they remember our stories, secrets and giggles. It is not always easy to give them up, no matter how old, no matter how useless. Grandpa Sergo listens to his heart and goes chasing the junk collectors to get his rusted childhood bike back. And when he does, he knows for sure, no cartoon can bring more joy than a good old ride on a good old bike.
