A boy is climbing the mountain. He finds a big hole in the forest. He thinks there might be something in the hole. And then he hears a sound in it. So he calls people and tells them what is in the hole. People come near there, but they do not believe what he says. Maybe they hope it is not true. No one listens to him and everyone leaves him. The boy decides to go into the hole by himself. He meets a friend in the hole and helps it. Other people is watching it behind the rocks. But they still think it is dangerous and avoid it. The boy dose not care what they think anymore. Now he goes back into the hole for something else.
Everyone has a few crises in their lives. Sometimes they overcome a crisis wisely, but sometimes they become alone and unable to do anything. At this time, if someone reaches out to them, they will finally be able to come out of the dark. I wish this story can encourage people in the dark.
At this project I used gouache, ink and the Korean traditional paper in my painting.
