This picturebook is inspired by the popular children's game “broken telephone”. It measures 18×23 cm and has 44 pages, cover and endsheets included.
A series of colourful profiles appear in sequence through the front and back of the pages. They pass each other a short rhymed message, but it always gets misunderstood as each character seems to only hear what they want to hear.
However, this crescendo of nonsense leads to a happy twist: a big, fun and loud party in which (almost) everyone participates.
