Elephant wants to play hide and seek. But you’ll need to try your best—he’s very good!
Have You Seen Elephant is perfect for sharing with children, who will love finding the elephant (and being better at it than the boy in the book!). Watch out for the dog and the tortoise, too...

“This book tickles the funnybone of children and adults equally. Part of the humour comes through the juxtaposition of the subdued, beautiful illustrations and the absurdity of an elephant trying to hide inside a standard lamp.” —Julia Marshall, Publisher

David Barrow is a recent graduate of the Cambridge School of Art where he completed a Masters in Children’s Book Illustration and received the top prize, the Sebastian Walker award for most promising children’s illustrator. He lives in England with his wife and son.

REVIEWS
- "Stonkingly good." - Picture Books Blogger (UK)

- "The story is very simply told, with a joyous sense of the ridiculous. It also has a wonderful twist at the end, a joke that young readers will enjoy. The text is complemented by David Barrow’s pictures, which are splendid, richly coloured and warm, with shafts of light and gloriously unsubtle hints of elephant everywhere." - The Source (Australia)

- "A story that will delight young and old .. Will be read over and over again." - Bookrapt (NZ)
