It’s autumn. Leaves are falling, the air is getting colder and birds are migrating to warmer climes. Lion is working in his garden when a wounded bird falls at his feet. As he bandages the little one, the flock flies away and little bird feels cold and sad, separated from his kin. Lion tucks the little bird into his fur and takes him home.

Through the winter, the two become inseparable friends, playing together, sledging in the snow, and keeping warm by the fireplace...

But what will happen when spring returns, and with it, the bird’s family?
